The hotel reminds me of a 1970s vibe, which was a bit disappointing. The rooms were clean but not extremely clean; however, the state of the microwave with melted cheese and bathroom with garbage was absolutely gross. On the positive side, it was nice to have an evening swim close by to downtown restaurants.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were not as clean as I expected, with some dirty areas like the microwave and bathroom. However, the overall cleanliness was decent despite these issues. It was a bit disappointing.
Service
7.0
The service was friendly and nice, although they seemed unaware of certain issues like the open window. I was a little concerned about the attention to detail, but they were pleasant overall.
Location
6.0
The location was good in terms of accessibility to a few restaurants and an evening swim. However, it was a bit of a letdown compared to my expectations of a hotel close to downtown restaurants. It was okay.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience was simple, with some items like watery scrambled eggs. The quality was average, nothing extraordinary.
Facilities
5.0
The facilities seemed to be standard, nothing remarkable but nothing notably bad either. Average overall.

6.0/10

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was fantastic, right in downtown with easy access to restaurants and bars, the check-in process was delayed, and the room felt outdated with missing chairs.

Rooms
6.0
The room felt more like an apartment from the late '70s and had a musty smell. It was disappointing that it was only ready an hour and a half after the 4 pm check-in time, and some chairs were missing.
Service
9.0
The service was excellent, especially in terms of friendliness and customer service. The staff, including Mark W, were extra friendly and accommodating.
Location
8.0
The best part of this hotel is its downtown location, close to restaurants, bars, and the brewery. However, the presence of wall damage from shower moisture was off-putting.
Dining
5.0
There wasn't much in terms of dining options, and what was available was not very good. The dining experience was underwhelming overall.
Facilities
5.0
The hotel's facilities were lacking, especially in the dining area. The dining experience felt like getting food in a bag.

6.4/10

Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms had some issues like annoying noise and the lack of toilet paper, but the temperature was comfortable. The decor was not very modern. On the bright side, the service was awesome, especially with friendly staff like Mark W, but the flu affected some of their availability. As for the location, it was convenient being right in town, but there were some concerning aspects like a sketchy vibe and a vomit smell. The dining options had some shortcomings despite a good selection on offer. Overall, it was a stay with ups and downs.

Service
8.0
The service was a mix of issues like delays in attending to needs but was mostly awesome, especially with friendly staff like Mark W, although some were out with the flu.
Location
5.0
The location was convenient being right in town for easy access to restaurants but had concerning aspects like a sketchy vibe and a vomit smell lingering around.
Dining
6.0
The dining experience had its flaws with a lack of options at times, although it offered a reasonable selection. Some takeaways left a lot to be desired.
Facilities
7.0
The facilities were decent overall but had some room for improvement.
